Terms of Reservation

Check in – check out

• Check-in between 14:00 and 22:00.
  (if late check-in is necessary, please inform us in advance)
• Check-out before 11:00 on the last day of stay.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
* When booking, the customer is required to pay an advance of 50% of the accommodation price.

• Cancellation of stay more than 10 days before check-in date is free of charge.
• Cancellation of stay in more than 5 days before check-in date is charged by 50% of the advance fee.
• Cancellation of stay in less than 5 days before check-in date is charged by 100% of the advance fee.

CHILDREN

• Accomodation for children under 5 years of age is free when using existing beds.

ANIMALS

• Animals are allowed at request. The fee is 5 EUR.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Payment is possible with cash or debit card.
• Full price is paid at arrival.
• We accept cash payment only in EUR.

VAT AND LOCAL TAX

• The prices include service fee.
• Price does not include local tax: 1 EUR per person per day (children under age 10 pay no local tax).
